Setacci Contemporanei Totem #1 by Tuorlo Design Studio

This sculptural work of art belongs to a collection of small sculptures handcrafted of white ceramic designed by Tuorlo Design Studio. This piece is inspired by the farming culture of the countryside, and that is why the texture of the external surface reveals small, irregular scratches that call to mind the woven straw of the sieves and the traces of the plow on the farmed land. Every totem in this series is double-faced, and depending on the orientation chosen they can have multiple purposes.
