Gufo N.21 Sculpture

The owl and its ability to see in the darkness, therefore synonym of wisdom and unconscious knowledge, represents the duality of the artist’s eye since the intrinsic understanding of the creator of art does not only consist of bringing light to darkness but also life to darkness itself. The series of marble owls stands out for its different material inserts. This particular marble owl is double-faced, one side in white Lasa marble and the other in black Cuba marble.
