Faded Bouquet Tapestry

The Faded Bouquet rug was one of many exquisite tapestries featured in the 'Gardens' exhibition which took place in the Fortuny Museum in Venice. This piece is entirely made in 100% wool that was hand knotted by master craftsman in India. The background of the exceptional work of art is in an cream color and the flowers, seeming to float above the ground, have an abstract and dreamy quality to them, their colors blending together in a painterly fashion.
