Cesellato Quadri Pumo Sculpture

Made of enameled ceramic, this refined sculpture in the shape of a flower bud boasts a finely chiseled surface, creating a dynamic interplay of geometric decorations painted in vibrant hues of colors. Traditionally a symbol of prosperity, this sculpture was also used to chase evil and bad luck away in ancient times Apulia and is shaped like a "pumo" (from the ancient Roman goddess of plenty, Pomona).
