Gambe Red Painting

This is a monotype created through the printing of a shaped and etched iron plate, pressed onto a copperplate press. The artistic research focuses on recovering a lost memory, rooted in the birth of humanity and early cave paintings, forming a language through formal archetypes. In paper works, a mixed technique is used, pressing iron shapes to create forms that evoke human or vegetal figures. The images are balanced between sign and form, within a fragile boundary of roles.
