This saucepan is made of soapstone of which 40/50% is talc, which gives it its nonstick quality, 40/50% magnesite, which makes it resistant to very high temperatures, and other minerals making up the remaining percentage. Perfect for braised meats, pot roasts, stews, sauces, soups, and more generally slow-cooking dishes, this pot has a capacity of 3.1 lt. and cooks with little or no oil, allowing the flavor of the food naturally come forth while preserving all its nutritional qualities.
